Saw this unusual thingy @ cineleisure damansara,CATHAY CINEMA's counter..this machine is so cute lar!!haha!we can rate their services by pressing the smiley button followed by ENTER...=)this machine is located on the left side of every counter when u purchase ur movie tickets...so whenever if the worker is unfriendly 2 u,just press POOR n i think they will be SCREWED by their manager!lol!=p
